The L5 is a family translucent magazines developed for the 5.56mm AR15/M4/M16 rifle system. It has an impact resistant translucent polymer body, corrosion resistant steel feed lips and a removable, rubber coated bottom. The L5 was designed to be used with the existing magazine pouches and carriers.

The L5 20 Round and 30 Round Magazines have been tested and recommended by the members of the National Tactical Officers Association.

Warranty: All Lancer Systems magazines are 100% warranted against manufacturer’s defects. Defective magazines will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Lancer Systems. Unauthorized modifications or deliberate abuse will void warranty.

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS: These parts are a United States Munitions List (USML) item, Section 121.1, Category I(h) and is subject to ITAR requirements that can be found in Subchapter M, Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 120 through 130 (22CFR 120-130). A license from the US Department of State is required to Export these products

The L5-10 is based on the proven L5 design; Impact resistant translucent polymer body, hardened steel feed lips and rubber coated bottom. Developed for areas with high capacity restrictions, hunting and general range use, the L5-5 and L5-10 provides a low, less threatening profile while maintaining the high reliability associated with the L5 Translucent Magazines. The L5-5 and L5-10 share the same body, but the L5-5 has a follower that limits the magazine’s capacity to 5 rounds making it legal for hunting use in many states.

The original L5 has been replaced by the L5A. Included in the L5A’s design are a number of user recommended changes; the magazine well stop has been replaced with a lower profile support rib. The new rib makes the L5A easier to get out of magazine pouches and allows the magazine to be utilized with the H&K 416, SA80, ARX-160 as well as the AR/M4/M16 weapon systems. The bottom of the magazine’s body has been reinforced to improve bottom retention.

The L5, L5A and L5-20 Round Magazines have been tested and recommended by the members of the National Tactical Officers Association.
