The L5 is a translucent 30 round magazine developed for the 5.56mm AR15/M4/M16 rifle system. It has an impact resistant translucent polymer body, corrosion resistant steel feed lips and a removable, rubber coated bottom. The L5 was designed to be used with the existing magazine pouches and carriers.
The L5 Translucent Magazine has been tested and recommended by the members of the National Tactical Officers Association.

The L5-20 Round magazine
The L5-20’s design incorporates the same impact resistant translucent polymer body, hardened steel feed lips and rubber coated bottom found on the original L5.
Included in the L5-20’s design is a number of user recommended changes; the magazine well stop has been replaced with a lower profile support rib. The new rib makes the L5-20 easier to get out of magazine pouches and allows the magazine to be utilized with the H&K 416 and SA80. The bottom of the magazine’s body has been reinforced to improve bottom retention.
L5Competition
The L5Competition (L5C) was developed for 3 Gun and tactical rifle competitors. With a maximum capacity of 48 rounds the L5C can reduce magazine changes during long stages, resulting in quicker times.
Utilizing a precision machined coupler we’ve combined a standard L5 30 round magazine body with a modified L5 body. The coupler ensures the bodies are accurately aligned, maintaining the internal constant curve geometry, ensuring reliable feeding.
The L5C will be sold as an assembled unit, ready for action.
